Abdul Razim
Hello! I am Abdul Razim, and I have just completed the intensive 2 year Master of Hospital Administration programme at the AJ Institute of Hospital Management. With training in core modules such as Fundamentals of Management and Organisational Behaviour, Accounting and Financial Management, Research Methodology and Business Statistics, as well as Legal and Quality Management, the course has allowed me to develop my organisational, administrative and service skills.
I have developed the ability to make decisions effectively as well as solve problems in stressful situations within the complex healthcare environment. This stems from my proficiency in theoretical concepts, regular departmental postings as well as a robust internship programme where I worked on several hospital based, real- time, projects. Moreover I have been an active participant in Mock Demonstrations on Code Green and Code Purple in the hospital; and the Annual Sports Meets 2023 and 2024. While naturally quiet and serious, I’m also a team player with a good sense of humour.
